Fresh 1 operates as a delivery-first wholesaler. There is no walk-in storefront or on-site collection point. All orders are prepared and delivered to registered business addresses.
Orders must be placed before 10:30 AM to be included in the current purchasing and delivery cycle. Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed in the next available cycle. This cut-off allows us to finalise customer requirements and purchase fresh produce accordingly.
Fresh 1 operates on an order-only basis. Produce is purchased from suppliers according to confirmed customer orders. This approach supports freshness and reduces waste.
Fresh 1 services clients within Cape Town and selected surrounding areas. Delivery availability is confirmed when you place your order via WhatsApp. Message us to confirm whether your area is serviced.
Delivery fees are calculated based on delivery zone and order size. The applicable delivery fee is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before your order is finalised.
All produce is handled with care and transported under appropriate conditions to maintain freshness. Produce is packed and dispatched promptly after being received from suppliers.
Deliveries are made to business customers of Fresh 1. The delivery address and contact person may be verified at the point of delivery. Orders cannot be delivered to unregistered businesses.
