Fresh 1 is a wholesale supplier serving registered businesses. By registering, you confirm that you are purchasing produce for business use and that the business details provided are accurate. Fresh 1 reserves the right to verify business information at any point.
There is no membership fee to become a Fresh 1 customer. Supply arrangements are established at the discretion of Fresh 1 management. Customers place orders directly with the Fresh 1 team via WhatsApp.
Orders must be placed before 10:30 AM to be included in the current processing cycle. Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed in the next available cycle. Fresh 1 reserves the right to adjust the cut-off time with reasonable notice.
Fresh 1 operates on an order-only basis. Produce is purchased from suppliers according to confirmed customer orders. Availability is subject to seasonal conditions, supplier stock, and market factors. Fresh 1 reserves the right to decline or cancel any order if produce is unavailable.
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change. Orders are invoiced after confirmation. Customers will receive invoice references for their records.
Payment terms are agreed upon account approval. Fresh 1 accepts electronic funds transfer (EFT) and other approved payment methods. Payment is due as per the terms specified on your invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Featured deals are subject to quantity limits and may sell out. Fresh 1 reserves the right to modify or cancel featured deals at any time.
Deliveries are made to registered business addresses within active delivery zones. Delivery fees apply and are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before your order is finalised. Fresh 1 is not liable for delays caused by factors outside its control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, and supplier delays.
If produce does not meet quality standards, please contact Fresh 1 within 24 hours of delivery. Each concern is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, returns are handled according to our Return Policy.
Fresh 1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any customer account at its sole discretion, including for non-payment, misuse of the platform, or breach of these terms.
By registering, you consent to Fresh 1 collecting and processing your personal and business information for account management, order processing, and communication purposes. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.
Fresh 1 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of material changes via the app or email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
